Jose is a transformational CEO and board director with more than 30 years of experience scaling multi-unit consumer businesses across retail, automotive services, restaurants, and healthcare.
Most recently, Jose served as CEO and board member of Whistle Express Car Wash, the largest and fastest-growing express car wash platform in North America, where he grew membership from 75,000 to over 1.5 million and expanded recurring revenue from $100M to more than $700M across 530+ locations in 25 states. Prior to Whistle, he served as Group President at Driven Brands, scaling MAACO, CARSTAR, and Drive N Style to over $1 billion in revenue, and as Chief Growth Officer at Bojangles, where he led national and international franchise expansion.
Jose has partnered with many of the world's leading private equity firms — including Oaktree Capital, MidOcean Partners, Harvest Partners, Roark Capital, and 3G Capital — to create value in portfolio companies across North America, Latin America, and Europe. He currently serves on the boards of FullSpeed Automotive, Lightbridge Academy, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina.
Jose holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master's in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. He is a 10-year member of YPO and was named a "Most Admired CEO" by the Charlotte Business Journal in 2023.

Most recently, Kerr served as a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Corporate Finance Group. While at Houlihan Lokey, he ran the behavioral health practice and completed numerous equity and debt transactions for behavioral, pharmacy and other clinical services businesses. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Kerr was a Partner and Managing Director at William Blair. At William Blair, Kerr advised clients across a variety of healthcare services areas to raise capital in the form of private equity, family office investments, initial public offerings, and debt solutions to capitalize businesses for enhanced growth. Kerr began his banking career at Wells Fargo where he spent 15 years in the Healthcare Corporate Finance Group. Kerr’s investment banking experience and industry knowledge spans many categories including healthcare real estate, post-acute, behavioral health, radiology, pharmacy, medical technology, dental, staffing and senior care services.
Prior to investment banking, Kerr worked with Coram Healthcare helping to grow the home infusion business by cultivating relationships with health systems, referring clinicians and managed care organizations.
During the course of his career, Kerr has completed over 100 transactions with combined capital and advisory enterprise values exceeding $100 billion.
Kerr holds a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Healthcare Management and Finance.

Most recently, John served as CEO of Momentec Brands, a ~$500M global leader in the team uniform and fanwear markets. Prior to that, he was recruited by CCMP Capital to serve as CEO of Founder Sport Group, where he led the acquisition and integration of three complementary businesses and transformed a $100M blank apparel supplier into a $250M tech-enabled, made-on-demand manufacturer, culminating in a successful exit to Platinum Equity.
Earlier in his career, John held senior leadership roles at Valspar Corporation, where he led the acquisition and integration of Ace Hardware's private label paint business. Before Valspar, John spent eight years at Mars Petcare, where he drove sustained growth for the Pedigree brand and initiated the Pedigree Adoption Drive, a cause marketing campaign that remains a pillar of the brand's global strategy. Under his leadership, the campaign won a top ten Super Bowl ad ranking in 2009.
John holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a member of YPO, serves on the Kellogg Alumni Council and as a board member at Momentec Brands.
